Giving Cancer a Run for its Money | British 10k 2018

On Sunday 15th July, 38 supporters of Teens Unite took to the streets of London to take part in the British 10k.

The event took part under sweltering conditions and we are in complete awe of all those who participated in such hot weather! The route took a total of 10,000 runners around some of the best sights in the capital including Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square and St James’s Palace. We were also proud to have two members of the Teens Unite team, Nicky and Roxy, taking part on the day and flying the flag for Teens Unite.

Is 2019 your year for a fitness challenge? It is for many of us at Teens Unite, and we’re already thinking about training for next year’s British 10k! Register your interest to join us in running the 2019 British 10k today and together we can make a difference to young people overcoming a cancer diagnosis. Call 01992 440091 or email challenges@teensunite.org to register your interest and make sure you’re the first to know when places are available!
