Always leave a little sparkle wherever you go

This week we put on our elf hats and visited the University College Hospital (UCLH) to hand out christmas treats and gifts for young people on T12, T13 and those attending the Macmillan Centre, talking to them about Teens Unite, the upcoming opportunities we have, and the work we do.

We delievered chocolates, to the young people and to the nurses, which were very kindly donated by a local supporter.  We were very happy to give out some of the very generous gifts we received from the Heart Radio Giving Tree

We also took our Christmas gift making workshop to T12, at the hospital, where sparkles and glitter were in abundance and so were the smiles and creativity.

We made personalised boxed frames with designs from unicorns to rustic Christmas themes. There was even a chance to make some super sparkly Christmas shaker cards.

And for those unable to make it to the craft room, we put together craft packs for them to get creative too, when they're feeling better.  Take a look in our gallery at some of their creations and some of their smiles too.

A festive day, creating, giving and spreading smiles from young people, to nursing staff. We thank all of the supporters who so very generously gave craft items, chocolates and gifts to help brighten the days of the young people we support.  We wish all a very Happy Christmas!
