Yoga, Meditation and Mindfulness (TEENS EVENT)

Join us for an afternoon of mindfulness, and relaxation.

We will learn some of the basics of yoga and some relaxation techniques that we can take away and use in our every day lives.

Patricia Trautman, from Minding Emotions, will lead a session introducing us to yoga and its many health benefits. We will learn breathing techniques and practice mindfulness which allows us to be in the moment, helping us to understand how we process our thoughts and feelings.
