Could you support in the set up and pack down of this fundraising event that is being held in aid of Teens Unite? The event is an afternoon tea for 200, being held in the gardens of a house in Hertford.
We are seeking the support of 6 people who can work together as a team to help with the event set up from 10am to 12pm and pack down from 4:30pm to 6pm.
The set up roles will include unloading vehicles, moving and positioning tables with chairs to plan in the garden, laying and dressing tables. The pack down would be this in reverse.
